Frequently Asked Questions

Is everything actually one of one?

Almost all of it. When a piece isn't unique, like a small run of a reissued style, we'll say so on the listing. Otherwise, once it's gone, it's gone.

How do you grade condition?

Three tiers, and we mean them plainly. Pristine is as good as it gets. Gently Worn is loved, and shows it a little. Well-Traveled is real wear and real history, and we'll always tell you exactly what that means for the specific piece. We only state a condition once we've actually seen the item ourselves. We don't guess.

How do you know the luxury pieces are real?

Three ways, depending on the piece. Most of it happens in house, and it's the part of this work I take the most seriously. Where there's a relationship with the brand or an authorized partner to lean on, we go straight to the source. And when a piece is valuable or ambiguous enough to want a second opinion that isn't ours, we send it to an independent third-party authenticator. Anything that can't clear that doesn't get listed.

What's The Edit?

A smaller, members-facing selection pulled from across the whole catalog, the pieces we'd point a friend to first.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Flat $15 per order, all destinations, shipped insured. Orders are packed and shipped within one to two business days. Domestic delivery usually runs 3 to 7 business days after that, international 7 to 21.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International guests are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes their own country charges. Those aren't included in the shipping cost.

What's your return policy?

Returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit, unless a listing says otherwise. Because so much of the catalog is one of one, we don't do direct exchanges, there's usually nothing identical to swap it for. Store credit lets you put it toward whatever catches your eye instead. Email us to start one.

What payment methods do you take?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. If you'd rather split it into installments, Klarna and Afterpay are both available at checkout. Bank transfer by ACH is there too on orders over $250.

How do I get into The Edit?

Sign up free from the homepage. You'll see new pieces before they're public, plus first pick.

I have a question you didn't answer here.
