Shipping & Returns
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within one to two business days of purchase. Because every piece is handled individually, and most listings are one of one, we'd rather take the time to pack it right than rush it out the door.
Shipping rates
Flat rate, $15 per order, shipped insured, all destinations.
Delivery estimates
Domestic: 3 to 7 business days after processing. International: 7 to 21 business days after processing. International guests are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their own country. Those aren't included in the shipping charge.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email us at help@hogwashandtomfoolery.com within 14 days of the delivery date, or the expected delivery date, and we'll make it right. A replacement if one exists, otherwise a full refund. This is on us, and it isn't deducted from anything.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit, unless a listing states otherwise. Given how much of the catalog is one of one, we don't offer direct exchanges, since there's usually nothing identical to exchange it for. Store credit lets you put it toward whatever catches your eye instead.
To start a return, email help@hogwashandtomfoolery.com with your order number and what's going back. We'll send return instructions from there.
Final sale
Any piece that's final sale is marked that way on its own product page, so you'll know before you buy, not after.
Who pays return shipping
The guest covers return shipping, unless the return is because we got something wrong. Wrong item, undisclosed damage, a listing that didn't match what arrived. In that case we cover it, and it doesn't come out of your refund.
Condition and what to expect
Every listing states condition honestly using our scale (Pristine, Gently Worn, Well-Traveled) before you buy, so a return should never be a surprise about wear we already told you about. It's there for the rare miss, not as a way to browse and send back.
